Create circlemenu from code

If I use the constructor, do I still need a layout? I am trying to create it from java but it gives me an error with: Error: android.view.InflateException: Binary XML file line #14: Binary XML file line #14: Error inflating class com.google.android.material.floatingactionbutton.FloatingActionButton

You can't inflate this library outside activity,
Because "com.google.android.material.floatingactionbutton.FloatingActionButton" need AppCompat theme.
Atleast that what i know.
