webbrowser authorisation not working in .pyw (no console mode)

Hello, have problem with authorisation when using .pyw file of program. Web-browser not load and return ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE error. With .py file and console - all is ok.

Sorry, I don't use windows. Could you please post more details about the issue. How can one replicate the issue. What is the error message and could you post a debug log please? What have you done so far to debug the issue?
