I'm supporting ranges properly in Install-RequiredModule with inclusive/exclusive syntax a la nuget version ranges, or pinning to a major version like '2.*'

If you want to completely copy that, you're welcome to it, but I'm not using PSDepends yet, so I'm not going to make a PR for ya 😉
