Subject: [PATCH 1/2] fix(tui): show an error icon on the busy screen headline

The busy screen headline used the PostHog flag mark and a hedgehog, so it read as branding. It now uses the red ✘ that the outro and auth error screens use. The "Skill saved" state uses the green check icon.
