Super admin manual adding of users when reqgistration request is disabled

I have disabled registration request and used SSO. It appears that doing so will not allow me to manually add any other users. Is there any way for me to add other users as super-admin while the registration request is disabled?

That should have been fixed in latest release, could you confirm that is ok based on your use case ?
