Hi, Did you set the agent log level (LOG=debug) and the dashboard log level (LOG_LEVEL=debug) to debug? This could help with debugging. The requests could trigger throttling or rate limiting depending on your proxy configuration. Is your Portabase instance exposed behind a reverse proxy? On the agent side, you can set CHUNK_SIZE_MB. By default, it is set to 1 MB and can be increased up to a maximum of 10 MB. Could you provide more context if the error persists after testing all of this? We have not documented the agent-side .env variables yet, but we will do it ASAP. Regards, |

We have recently tried portabase. We deployed agents and dashboard instances via Docker. The agents are deployed in our database servers while the dashboard is on a dedicated application server. We have noticed that backups fail half of the time for moderately large compressed backups (more than 100 MB in size). The dashboard logs indicate that PATCH request from agents cause the failures. We have not found any logs from the agents regarding the issue. What configuration do we need to include to get more details?
