How do we want to show MTR and Net income including healthcare?

Should they stay in the vary your earning section? Maybe the MTR tab could have a health toggle?

I like the idea of a toggle to include health programs, both for net income and MTRs. cc @anth-volk for the next version.

To minimize significant changes to the current app, I think we should start by deciding whether we want them in by default, while always allowing both health-program-inclusive net income and MTR in the varying your earnings charts.
