ACCOuNT Consortium Files

These are files produced by ACCOuNT, the African American Cardiovascular Pharmacogenetics CONsorTium.

Tracking validation issues on Trello

Data File Notes

Fields for each file are split into 8 groups. Each group ends with a "Complete?" field.

Fields with null values or fields with values "unk", "unknown", "n/a", "na", or "md" (case insensitive) will all be normalized to the value "MD" which represents missing data. There is currently no distinction between unevaluated, not applicable data, or assertively blank values.

Clopidogrel Data File

234 columns in 8 groups.

  1. Group 1 = basic subject info (32)
  2. Group 2 = medications (26)
  3. Group 3 = followup 1 (31)
  4. Group 4 = followup 2 (30)
  5. Group 5 = followup 3 (30)
  6. Group 6 = followup 4 (30)
