pp naming conventions

with Patrick we created a small pp style guide:

i wondered what mrseq devs take is on this and if you want to add things here or even switch to this notation.

the style guide looks good to me and apart from a few things mrsep should already be compatible.

The only thing I would suggest is to avoid duplication in the doc string. If we use type hinting then I would change

plot : bool, optional
        Plot the sequence diagram. Default is False.

to

plot 
    Plot the sequence diagram.

Having the type and default values should be clear from the function signature.
