To Do:

• CF codes appear to work, but calls don't get forwarded. user error, it works
• toggle breaks if destination is not defined first fixed in 0.0.3
• need to add dependencies, Asterisk 1.8/Freepbx 1.9 added in 0.0.3
• need to check if these codes work without callforward module installed
• add github check for new version added 0.0.3
• if pcf destination is changed while pcf toggle is enabled, the cf number is not updated fixed 0.0.3

• perhaps determine better default feature codes
