Panda Notes v0.3.0 launch: installable feedback widget

Panda Notes v0.3.0 is live.

It is an installable right-click feedback widget for developers, alpha testers, beta testers, games, apps, and websites that need tester notes tied to exact UI targets and developer handoff.

What it does:

• Adds a copy-paste widget install flow.
• Captures right-click target context, selected text, component hints, file hints, and symbol hints.
• Turns tester notes into JSON exports, GitHub-ready issue drafts, and developer repair packets.
• Keeps notes local-first unless someone explicitly exports or submits an intake packet.
