Client setup cannot run on my pc

Is this a know issue? Is there a solution?
I excluded the downloads folder from the windows antivirus so that's not the issue.

Next time you can also post in the discord.
Anyway, you don't need to run the setup file iirc. Just use the client inside the folder with wz.

Unfortunately there does not seem to be an executable in the wz folder. Moving this v83 exe to the wz folder also does not work.
