How does the outfit loading work ?

[jakubinkokordek45-stack]

When I enter a level and load outfits from a different level , they don’t actually show up as usable disguises for 47 in the player menu.

Is that intentional ? If so then what is that feature for ?

As I see, that means those outfits are belonged to specific level. You can only load outfits:

1. 47's outfits
2. Available outfits in current level
3. Unique but unavailable outfits (mostly targets and mission story characters)
