In the Repository-tier Admin Console tools an explicit ordering can be specified by adding a web script family, e.g. <family>AdminConsole:Index:0</family>. This should be used to explicitly order our existing tools so that related tools are grouped close-by (i.e. thread dumps + hot threads).
