Replicating OpenAM Setup on a New Staging Environment

I had an older version of OpenAM installed and fully functional in my previous environment. Now, I'm setting up a new staging environment and would like to replicate that setup using the latest version of OpenAM.

What is the recommended approach for this migration?
Is it possible to export the configuration from the old environment and import it into the new one?

In most cases, the OpenAM update process goes smoothly. However, you should first test the process in a test environment and back up all your data.
