Link the container images to the repo & make them public

• Loving all the recent changes!! I would like to test them out. After Add Dockerfile & ghcr container build workflow #94, the workflow is running nicely to publish the builds on each release.
• But at https://github.com/orgs/OpenDroneMap/packages I can't see the images, as I probably don't have permission?
• In the Github UI we can (1) link the package to the repo, so it shows on the sidebar (2) make the images public for people to use).

We are working on it. I think we will opt for docker hub, but stay tuned!
