👤 User-story: Citizien usage

User-story:

As a Citizen visiting the municipal public library,

I want Acess to a public computer that is pre-equipped standard tools, and a relevant digital starting point,

So that I can securely and independently complete my tasks (like searching for a book in the library or accessing citizen services via borger.dk) without needing technical assistance.

Dialogue starter:

“What is the top 5 task citizens come to the library to do?? And how can these be made secure, easy and fast for them?”

1. As a user, I need to browse the internet.
2. As a user I need to be able to print, using the print solution that my kommune has chosen.
3. As a user at the library, I need the search-pc to give instant access to my kommunes library search interface.
4. As a user, I need to be able to clear all personal data on the computer when I leave the computer. E. g. search history, stored logins, downloaded files.
5. As a careless user, I expect security to be taken care of. I leave the computer, even though I am still logged in to f. ex. Google account or similar. I just walk away, because I don't understand the implications.
6. As a user, I need access to a text editing program.
7. As a user I need to open PDF files and print them.
8. As a user, I want shortcuts to commonly used programs in the menu, so that I can easily access the internet, edit texts and so on.
9. As a user, I want Num Lock to be enabled by default, so that I can easily enter numbers using the keypad.
10. As a user, I am afraid of key loggers. Criminals have been known to hack keyboards or attach new kayborads that intercept all keystrokes. Am I secure using this pc?
