Edit/Update/Delete - Not working for new items (cohort definition, characterization, concept set)

I am not able to update, edit or change aa new item I just created. The save button is disabled. I am not able to delete too. That is also disabled.

Those features are only enabled after I refresh the page. Once I refresh, I can update/edit the item.

After refreshing the page save button is enabled

@chrisknoll This is the issue where the system does not recognize the author until the page is refreshed
