NethVoice CTI: Searching in top bar fails and breaks outgoing calls if panel presence permission is disabled #8031

When the "presence panel" permission is disabled in user profiles, using the search function in the NethVoice CTI top bar does not complete successfully, which consequently prevents users from initiating calls.

Steps to reproduce

  • Go to user profile settings and disable the "pannello presenza" (presence panel) permission.

  • Log into the NethVoice CTI interface with a user assigned to that profile.

  • Type a name or number into the main search bar to find a contact or place a call.

Expected behavior

The search completes successfully, displaying results, and allows the user to click to initiate a call even if they cannot view the full presence panel.

Actual behavior

The search function fails to complete correctly, and the interface prevents any outgoing calls from being made through the search bar.
