Update Block/Item/Material Database

Need to update names and weight in blockdb.csv to correct naming used by Bukkit/Spigot, otherwise cross-referencing (when getting Material using name) won't work.

@aa-tan you know how for some items MC uses different representations for the item in hand and the item as a block. Please resolve.

When plugin is loaded unparseable entries are shown as WARNING in console.
