Subject: [PATCH] Delete unused Web and client code

- Web: Button, AnimatedShinyText, BlurFade, EntityChip, unused Select exports, shiny-text keyframes
- Web: dashboard-model, the client-side runtime sampling path, held-usage and their tests
- Web: unused helpers (useSandboxProvider, formatCompactNumber, isAbortError x2, pendingPlaintext, readSkillsPage, uploadPrecheck, readFilesPage, TraceView formatters) and unused imports, locals and e2e locals
- Web: @tanstack/react-table dependency, unused i18n keys and dead CSS selectors
- agents-client: unused and test-only type aliases, sandboxNodeDiagnostics alias, unused index re-exports
- Root package.json typecheck and test scripts
