permission to build the app

I cant get my resources to load automatically i need some kind if permission i dont know were to find keeps saying anynomonys user doesn't have permission can anyone tell me what to do from here I'm a newb and need someone to hold my hand I suppose. I was at milonova trying to copy past it all together that didn't work so well so now I'm here looking to get a solution and recources how to un scramble what ive been working on to get this app before spicy releases.it starts to nuild then stops with a closing to fast error do I have to have Azure? I have the git for windows and visual studio but it still tells me it cant find net ,4 wich I know I have because when I try to down load and install it says I already have a faster versionif anyone has time I really could use some help thank you Johndd702/-I-Will-git2it

i am getting an error saying run time closes after 10000ms when i try to run any configureexe. debug or build on visual code and cant get a solution to load either im dead in the water with this and my command prompt keeps snatching the start ups on all the apps that are already built like open beta rar and teaseme and guide me the programs run for a minut then the main start components dissappear and cant be found what is up with that lol then i have a bunch of files with no start button to execute theme

Who says what and what are you trying to achieve?
Your Repo project https://github.com/johndd702/Tease-AI/projects/1 says your trying to create a TAI for your desktop. What is so special about your system, so it disallows to use a public binary release?
Building Tease-AI should be easy possible, since it only needs an installed windows media player and .Net 4 CE.
Mono, Wine and all others are NOT applicable at the moment. Only native Windows versions are supported,
