I managed to evolve a swarming organism

Its a very evolved and genetically 'estranged' version of the 'Non-Euclidean Struggler' from the unnatural battle royale. I have no idea why they evolved to do this, it doesn't at all aid their survival. Sadly the swarms don't stay forever, and they shrink over time but it still takes a minute. Anyway, I thought I'd share this because "why not?".
