Detailed description of the problem

After upgrading from 7.10 to 7.11 is get the following error:
ConfigurationKeyMissingException in:

photo_click_action does not exist in config!

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. upgrade to 7.11 using Lychee.zip from github
2. visit lychee website

I did not see the 'migrate now' window in the browser after the upgrade.

yeah there was an issue with the version number which is why I am pushing 7.11.1 to fix it.
The migration will fix it.
