The repository currently doesn't have GitHub Issue Forms or a Pull Request template.
Adding them would
- make issues and pull requests more consistent
- help contributors provide the required information
- reduce the time maintainers spend requesting missing details.
If there are no concerns with this proposal, I'll start working on it and open a pull request soon.
