fix(FilesList): remove deprecated exact prop and migrate NcButton type to variant

Remove the ':exact' prop from NcBreadcrumb which was dropped in
@nextcloud/vue v9.0.0.

Replace NcButton 'type' with 'variant' for the tertiary variant.
