Transparency rules

  • Every active change has a GitHub Issue.
  • The Issue records scope, decisions, tests, PRs, merge SHA, releases, HACS evidence, risks, and rollback.
  • Never place secrets, tokens, private keys, passwords, live configuration, or unnecessary personal data in Issues, commits, logs, or documentation.
  • Keep any historical migration provenance as non-authoritative links; do not treat it as a workflow, archive, or rollback source and do not copy irrelevant comments or raw operational exports.
  • Do not close an Issue automatically through PR keywords. Keep Testing and Live gates explicit.
  • Do not delete historical Issues, repositories, tags, releases, or archive data as part of the cutover.
