/p [id] takeadmin Do not fully remove admin rights

After /p [id] takeadmin, some admin rights are removed which were given by /p [id] giveadmin ( /ban, /kick)
But
The admin rights which were given by /tempfix are still there. (/rampcar, /jetpack, ability to see and talk in admin chat, etc.)

This is an issue is related to #744 and will still keep coming until it is fixed as a whole. Until then shall we "not" solve these issues maybe or band-aid all the issues/upcoming issues related to this?

/tempfix runs on a whole different algorithm and without Russell it's hard to predict the way of fixing up issues Freakins just reported so we'll have to wait for him to take a look at it. And agreed with @Specifer right there as well in the beginning.
