Implement Service Management

Description: Add service management capabilities

Tasks:

• Implement dev start with service selection
• Implement dev stop with graceful shutdown
• Implement dev restart for individual services
• Implement dev logs with follow and tail options
• Add dev status to show running services
• Handle partial service startup (ui-only, core-only)

So da right now:
✅ Implemented Features:

1. start command - Starts all services
   - ✅ Detach mode with -d flag
   - ✅ Auto-detects development mode (local code vs Docker
   images)
   - ✅ Waits for PostgreSQL to be ready
   - ❌ No service selection (always starts all services)
2. stop command - Stops services
   - ✅ Graceful shutdown
   - ✅ Option to remove volumes with -v flag
   - ❌ No service selection (stops all services)
3. restart command - Restarts services
   - ✅ Can restart individual service: orchcli restart postgres
   - ✅ Restarts all if no service specified
4. logs command - View logs
   - ✅ Follow mode with -f flag
   - ✅ Tail option with --tail flag
   - ✅ Timestamps with -t flag
   - ✅ Service selection with --service flag or argument
   - ✅ Example: orchcli logs core -f
5. status command - Shows running services
   - ✅ Shows Docker container status
   - ✅ Health check for services

❌ NOT Implemented:

1. Service selection on start - Cannot do orchcli start ui or
   orchcli start core
2. Partial service startup - No ui-only or core-only modes via
   command flags
3. Service selection on stop - Cannot do orchcli stop postgres
