To improve performance throughout the toolkit, focusing on start-up times etc.

Since V85, the performance has degraded. Optimisation across the entire codebase needs to be a priority.

Since after V85 the start-up of application that include Krypton is a LOT slower- no other code changes applied to the parent app

Steps to Reproduce

Update nuget to include a newer version than v85.#### and run the app, it takes a lot longer for the app to display it's first form

Expected Behavior

To be quicker than V85 as the TFM's have had performance improvements to them internally (Approx 5% per version in my experience without code changes)
