Check for IO::Socket::SSL

If not installed, running hypnotoad looks to load fine but no processes run. Need to run morbo (it seems) to understand why. Solve that by checking for IO::Socket::SSL and when missing, give an appropriate error message.

At this point, just added use IO::Socket::SSL
Not the best way to do it I don't think.
