Mapping of C9J6L7_HUMAN (and many other UP mnemonics) fails

Investigate why C9J6L7_HUMAN is not properly recognized.
Its UniProt record shows a connection to HGNC:12340 which in turn maps to gene:7227.
Is this missing from the gene <-> uniprot mapping table we use?

It appears that the gene <-> up mapping file (ftp://ftp.pir.georgetown.edu/databases/idmapping/idmapping.tb.gz) we used did not contain the gene ID for this UP record. The file seems to be rather incomplete in this sense which is quite unfortunate for GePI's purposes.
