[Feature request] Option to disable pull-to-refresh in feed view

Description

I would like an option to disable the "pull-to-refresh" action in feed views.

Currently, when scrolling to the top of a long feed, it's easy to accidentally trigger a refresh.
This is especially inconvenient when there are many loading errors, because even an accidental refresh may result in waiting several seconds or even tens of seconds.

Having the option to turn off pull-to-refresh would help prevent unintentional reloads and improve usability in such cases.
