[Bug] Visual bug when using Comments inner scroll

Describe the bug
When the Comments inner scroll settings is on, the title and video can be partially scrolled away by swiping on the title, leaving a black empty space in the lower half of the screen.

Frequency
Every time the steps are followed.

Steps to reproduce the bug
Turn on Comments inner scroll
Open a video
Go to the comments section
Swipe up on the video title

Device (e.g. Pixel 9 Pro)
Samsung Galaxy S24 Plus

Yeah that's expected. Only scroll in the comment section.
