Have playlists to support local files on the device

I consume media from different sources. Right now PipePipe has decent features to play consume while online, but it would be good to have it manage content I've downloaded from elsewhere. With mkv subtitles and audio streams support. In terms of playback controls it seems better than VLC.

The entry point could be ability to add file/folder to a playlist.
