An additional column in the CRF metadata CSV indicating how the template names are to be rendered/displayed by clients would be useful, e.g. for diseases such as Dengue, H5Nx, which are proper names, the template name formatting should correspond to the spelling, but for those such as COVID, ARI, which are abbreviations, they should be upper-cased. Currently, there is no way for clients, e.g. BRIDGE, to know how to render these names, and this is where the new column would be handy.
Replace the fake / dummy values in the Authors, Approvers, Institutions fields (and anywhere else) with real values, e.g. the v1.4.1. release version includes such values, and without replacement BRIDGE would display these to the users.
