deepbump v8

i use windows 11 (24h2)build 26100. can not install deepbump v8 . i use blender 4.3.0. @HugoTini

same error appears by using Blender version 4.2.
But it still managed to be installed. After installing the dependecies and restarting Blender, everything worked.

The addon isn't working on Blender version 4.3.2 and 4.4.3
By hitting the generate Normal or Upscale button, Blender is crashing.
