Anti-intuitive position of piston (maybe)

Hi. I created this model using endstops:
hopsan-progetto.zip
The simulation is good and I did a good job with hopsan but I don't understand why the position of piston go from +0,0001 (left) to -1,0001(right). This is anti-intuitive. Maybe did I do something wrong?
The simulation starts pushing the button Ic and stop with Fc.

Positive direction is defined as rod going in, that had me confused for a while.
