Add GuicedEE Health module with MicroProfile Health API integration

- Implements support for MicroProfile health annotations: `@Liveness`, `@Readiness`, `@Startup`. - Provides configurable health check endpoints via `HealthOptions`. - Includes tests for health check registration, custom checks, and configuration validation. - Adds `HealthCheckResponseProvider` implementation for custom response handling. - Configures GuicedEE lifecycle with `HealthModule` and `HealthPreStartup`.
