Using G'MIC with Photoshop Elements 2023

I have installed G'MIC and want to integrate it into Photoshop Elements 2023. After launching Photoshop, I get the following error message: At least one add-on is currently unavailable on the system. Details can be found under "System Information." It says:
Unloaded plug-ins:
G'MIC-Qt NO VERSION - - from file “GmicPlugin.8bf”
Input/Output Settings for G'MIC-Qt NO VERSION - - from file “GmicPlugin.8bf”
Can't solve the problem.

The 8BF version of the plug-in is maintained by @0xC0000054, and I think he's the only one who can help here.
