In #165, @adrianco generously added a number of the sources that have been used to create this dataset, So it is easy to see where all the numbers have come from.
However, there are some further PDFs and other disclosures that are relevant and have been collated, but are not in that PR, that provide figures like PUE and WUE at a region level for some of the other providers - I think Microsoft has some in particular that would be relevant for this dataset.
I've created this so that we can merge in #165, benefiting from the source documents there, but keep track of the other files we'd like to add.
