Unable to create a new Geonode Account

Hi there,

I tried to create a new Geonode account by using the following credentials as well as clicking the CAPTCHA box to confirm that I'm not a bot:

Email: leewilliam236@gmail.com
Username: leewilliam236
Password:

However, I got this following error after I clicked the "Sign Up" button:

Please contact your GeoNode administrator (they may have received an email automatically if they configured it properly). If you are the site administrator, enable debug mode to see the actual error and fix it or file an issue in GeoNode's issue tracker.

Please resolve this as soon as possible! I'd like to utilize open source alternatives to ArcGIS!
