Cleaning cluster function

It would be nice to have a function that, given a threshold, associates smaller clusters to another one, also given by the user.

Just a note:

As already discussed with @matteobecchi , we would probably add a function in the utilities module that takes as input a (N, t) label array (from any clustering method) and starting from it, do different filtering options (population % threshold, outliers removal, etc., etc.)

Then we can discuss how to add a new OnionInsight method to do this in the dynsight workflow

Trj -> OnionInsight -> filtering -> plots
