Subject: [PATCH] Fix docs links, add 404 page, robots.txt, and PWA icons

Closes #1046, #1043, #1044, #1045

- Fix relative links in docs/FAQ.md pointing to CONTRIBUTING.md and TROUBLESHOOTING.md to work from docs/ directory (issue #1046)
- Add custom app/not-found.tsx page with styled 404 message matching error boundary pattern (issue #1043)
- Add app/robots.ts to guide crawlers and reference sitemap, preventing indexing of /app/* wallet pages (issue #1044)
- Add 192x192 and 512x512 PNG icons to public/manifest.json with proper maskable purpose for PWA installability (issue #1045)
