Storefront Editor — Visual Improvements & Store Logo Upload

Context

The storefront editor needs visual/UX improvements and must support store logo upload. Currently merchants cannot upload a logo, which makes all storefronts feel generic and unbranded. Logo upload was tracked in #227 (now closed) and is consolidated here.

Scope

Store Logo Upload

• Upload store logo from the editor (or settings)
• Logo displays in storefront header
• Supported formats: PNG, JPG, WebP — max 2MB
• Preview before saving
• Fallback to store initials if no logo set

Editor Visual Improvements

• Better layout and section organization
• Live preview panel (or preview button) showing changes before publish
• Clearer save/publish flow — distinguish draft vs published state
• Better section grouping (branding, layout, colors)
• Improved image/color picker UX if applicable
• Mobile preview toggle

• Merchant can upload a store logo
• Logo appears correctly in storefront header
• Editor layout is clean and well-organized
• Changes can be previewed before publishing
• Draft vs published state is clear to the merchant
