Refactor of base classes for svgRenderer to new Positional system (#2237)

* Unified previous commits manually in order to not have repeated commits

* Cleaned up unnecesary comments + fixed failing test

* Refined RenderTextbody example

* Began importing paragraphs/runs into the generic system

* Broke out textFragmentCollection from TextParagraph

* Fixed minor bug

* Finalized first full baseclasses

* Fixed re-name issue

* Added a lot of bugfixes. Mostly bounding box heights

* Made all new classes abstract and added svg-subclasses. Fixed many bugs

* Started replacing old system has bugs

* Fixed margins bug

* Fixed text-color bug. Slight renaming

* Cleanup: removed unnecesary comments/methods

* Cleanup: made svg more readable

* Adjusted indent and MarL

* Performance improvement via string.Count() to string.Length
