Circle size with normal != Z-axis

When circle.Normal != XYZ.AxisZ the size of the calculated circle from PolygonalVertexes(int) is no longer equal to circle.Radius; e.g. a sample circle of radius 0.055 ended up with a radius of 2125094.

Is it required to apply a transformation before or after getting the vertices?

Sorry for the delayed answer, I think that the bug may be related to this issue:

I still have to take a look, I'll try to go back to you as soon as I can but a transformation should not be needed.

I should have included in my previous message that I just tested with version 3.2.45 that was just released. Reading the release notes, I understand that #858 was included, but it does apparently not solve this specific case.

The fix was only implemented for the arcs, I've fixed the circles, should work now.

I have tested 3.3.0 now, and circle calculation works as expected!
