UI glitching when hiding comments

2. Collapse the top comment

Expected behaviour

It shouldn't glitch, just like it didn't in the previous versions.

Videos aren't the clearest way to show problems. The term glitch doesn't communicate enough. It would have been more helpful to use more words explaining what it is doing now that it didn't do before.

It seems like the animation is messy, and tucks the comment under the parent comment.
