dbd-soft-ui is released under the MIT license per the license attribute on the package.json

Is the package governed under the MIT license, or is Soft UI also covered under the non-free, non-open, not even applicable for software (in case of CC) DBD license?

Please note that, even if you change the license for next commits, earlier commits are still under MIT license. You can't just revoke an already granted license.

As it is marked as MIT I assume it's MIT, but guess @iMidnights as the owner is a better place to ask.
