Implement platform-wide daily summary job

User Story:
As an admin, I want a daily summary email with platform metrics so that I can stay informed without logging in daily.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Scheduled Bull job runs daily at 8am UTC
• Email to admin list: new campaigns, new users, total donations (24h), XLM volume
• Unsubscribe link included
• Failed job retried 3 times
